Blog Reminder

Friday, October 17th, 2008

This is just a reminder… This blog will be going away very shortly (hence, why no new posts in a while).  For all my news, excerpts, and more on my writing, please visit my new blog at http://esthermitchell.wordpress.com

And for those interested in the paranormal/metaphysical side of things (news, lecture schedules, deals, and tidbits), please visit Wildflower Parapsychology & Metaphysics’ new blog at http://wildflowerpara.wordpress.com

Thanks!  See you on the dark side!

Upcoming Changes

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

Over the next month, you’ll likely see a large number of changes happening both here on the blog and on my website.  For one thing, Wildflower is getting its own blog, which will be live starting in October.  Most of the paranormal non-fiction postings on this blog will go away over the next month, as they’re moved over to their new home.

I’ll also be setting up an information page on my website for a new online group - this group will be by invitation only, and will be for my webinars on paranormal fiction, the first one of which I have plans to start in mid-October.

It’s also possible that Wildflower will be moving homes, to its own site, by the end of October, though this isn’t finalized, yet.  More to follow on that.

On the writing front, this blog will be changing as I add new features for the week, including a weekly update of where I’m at on current projects, called “The Buzz,” and a special segment where I’ll let you know what I think of the current books I’m reading.  You’ve already been introduced to my “Guest Spot” on Tuesdays, and that will continue in October.

Guest Spot

Tuesday, May 13th, 2008

This is a new feature I’m adding to my blog and webpage.  Authors who are interested in being my guest for a month need only go to http://www.esthermitchell.com/GuestAuthor.html and follow the instructions.  Then, for the month you’re my guest, every Tuesday morning, the blog will be about you or your books, starting with an interview of you done by yours truly :) and followed either by excerpts from your book(s) or interviews with your characters.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you all!
